Yes, you can order free fabric samples from us by email to get a better impression of the fabrics. To do this, use our free fabric samples page.

If you want a fixed rail and operation only from top to bottom, please select the VcS1 model. If, on the other hand, you would like variable operation from bottom to top and from top to bottom, please select the VcS2 model.

Honeycomb pleated blinds are pleated blinds, which are made of double fabric and have the shape of a honeycomb when viewed from the side. Honeycomb pleated blinds protect from sunlight and heat in summer. With honeycomb pleated blinds, heat protection is achieved by a translucent thermal insulation layer. This allows daylight into the room, but blocks the heat.

Transparent fabrics: These fabrics are very thin and allow a lot of sunlight into the room and provide sufficient privacy during daylight. In the dark and with the lights on, the living space can be seen with this fabric. The greater the value of transmission, the more light passes through the fabric.

Semi-transparent fabrics: These fabrics are more densely woven and let more or less light into the room, depending on the color design. In the dark and with the lights on, the living space is only visible in contours.

Darkening fabrics: These fabrics are coated or consist of several layers and do not allow light into the living space. The blackout quality refers to the quality of the fabric in the side area and the cord holes allow light to enter.

Our fabrics are usually hand washable up to 30 degrees. For details, please refer to the detailed description in the product.

Are the light rays rejected by the fabric.

Indicates the proportion of the light rays absorbed by the material that are converted into heat..

Are the light rays passing through the fabric.

Our production selects the colors of end caps and handles to match your profile color as well as the cord color depending on the fabric. Here is an overview of the end cap colors:

Our pleated blinds are custom made which work best with the most accurate specifications possible. Please measure as carefully as possible.

Each order is accompanied by matching assembly instructions. Furthermore, you will find assembly instructions as a PDF file on every product detail page.

Check with the assembly instructions which assembly part is needed for the pleated blind you ordered (VcS1, VcS2). Use our contact form or our free hotline, specify your order number and describe as precisely as possible which parts are still required. We will be happy to help you.

The shipping of your ordered pleated blinds will be carried out via DHL. Please note our shipment details.

Your order will be sent to our production immediately after receipt of payment. After approx. 12 - 15 working days the finished pleated blinds will be shipped. They will be delivered to you approx. 1-3 working days later.

*In exceptional cases (summertime & promotions) longer production times of additional approx. 12 - 15 days may occur. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Deliveries to packing stations are unfortunately not possible due to the size of the packages.

Shipping is free for you within Germany from 80€ purchase value. Please refer to our shipping instructions for the shipping fees for deliveries to Austria.

Usually you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order immediately after placing your order. If this has not happened, please check the spam folder of your email inbox first. If you cannot find any email, please contact our customer support.

Our pleated blinds are manufactured to the millimeter and undergo multiple quality checks. If there are any problems, please contact us by email with your order number.
